Construction of water pond for village

MCM constructed a water pond at Thetkaikwin Village, Dala Township, Yangion Region.

 MCM Group donated 4000 advanced bicycles with servo brakes, tubeless tyres along with Front and Back lights for school children from Ngan Zun Township, Myo Thar Township and Let Pan Kyin Township in Mandalay Division.

CSR ACTIVITY OF 2019

CSR ACTIVITY OF 22 FEB 2019 TO 23 FEB 2019 (EYE CAMP)

MCM arranged Eye Checkup and Operation Camp in Myauk Oo Sayataw, Maei in Rakhine state, Myanmar from 22 FEB 2019 TO 23 FEB 2019. At this camp, patients altogether about 1451 patients came. All the 1451 patients got treated. Out of the 1451 patients, Eye check-up and suitable treatment was provided to 1266 Patients and Eye surgery was done to 185 patients in the camp. During this camp period, MCM offered Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner, Medicine and Eye glasses to patients. In this Camp 13 Doctors and 09 Technical & Medical Staff from Yangon participated and worked along with Local Doctors & Medical staff. MCM Managing Director- Mr. Aung Hlaing Oo, Director- Mrs. Khin Nwe Mar Htun, other MCM group company directors & staff of MCM also were present during this occasion and did social work in the camp.

MCM arranged Eye Checkup and Operation Camp in Myauk Oo Sayataw, Maei in Rakhine state, Myanmar from 22 JAN 2019 TO 24 JAN 2019. At this camp, patients altogether about 1547 patients came. All the 1547 patients got treated. Out of the 1547 patients, Eye check-up and suitable treatment was provided to 1344 Patients and Eye surgery was done to 203 patients in the camp. During this camp period, MCM offered Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner, Medicine and Eye glasses to patients. In this Camp 12 Doctors and 10 Technical & Medical Staff from Yangon participated and worked along with Local Doctors & Medical staff. MCM Managing Director- Mr. Aung Hlaing Oo, Director- Mrs. Khin Nwe Mar Htun, other MCM group company directors & staff of MCM also were present during this occasion and did social work in the camp.

CSR ACTIVITY OF 16 JAN 2018 TO  19 JAN 2018 (EYE CAMP)

MCM arranged Eye Checkup and Operation Camp in Kyauk Phyu in Rakhine state, Myanmar from 16 JAN 2018 to 19 JAN 2018. At this camp, patients altogether about 1395 patients came. All the 1395 patients got treated. Out of the 1395 patients, Eye check-up and suitable treatment was provided to 1173 Patients and Eye surgery was done to 222 patients in the camp. During this camp period, MCM offered Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner, Medicine and Eye glasses to patients. In this Camp 10 Doctors and 07 Technical & Medical Staff from Yangon participated and worked along with Local Doctors & Medical staff. MCM Managing Director- Mr. Aung Hlaing Oo, Director- Mrs. Khin Nwe Mar Htun, other MCM group company directors & staff of MCM also were present during this occasion and did social work in the camp.

CSR ACTIVITY OF 21 NOV 2016 TO  26 NOV 2016 (EYE CAMP)

MCM arranged Eye Checkup and Operation Camp in Mogok City (Ruby City) in Mandalay Region, Myanmar from 21st Nov 2016 to 26th Nov 2016. At this camp, patients altogether about 3405 patients came. All the 3405 patients got treated. Out of the 3405 patients, Eye check-up and suitable treatment was provided to 3197 Patients and Eye surgery was done to 209 patients in the camp. During this camp period, MCM offered Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner, Medicine and Eye glasses to patients. In this Camp 11 Doctors and 09 Technical & Medical Staff from Yangon participated and worked along with Local Doctors & Medical staff. MCM Managing Director- Mr. Aung Hlaing Oo, Director- Mrs. Khin Nwe Mar Htun, other MCM group company directors & staff of MCM also were present during this occasion and did social work in the camp.

CSR ACTIVITY OF 24 MAY TO 26 MAY 2016 (EYE CAMP)

MCM arranged Eye Checkup and Operation Camp in Tedim Township in Chin State, Myanmar. At this camp, patients altogether about 2603 patients came. All 2603 patients got treated. Out of the 2603 patients, Eye check-up and suitable treatment was provided to 2504 Patients and Eye surgery was done to 109 patients in the camp. During this camp period, MCM offered Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner, Medicine and Eyes glasses to patients. In this Camp 05 Doctors and 06 Technical & Medical Staff from Yangon participated and worked with Local Doctors & Medical staff. MCM Managing Director Mr. Aung Hlaing Oo, Director Mrs. Khin Nwe Mar Htun also were present during this occasion and did social work in camp.

CSR ACTIVITY OF 2015

Group Flood Relief Efforts

Heavy rains caused floods and landslides in several parts of Myanmar since June 2015. On 30 July, Cyclone Komen made landfall in Bangladesh, bringing strong winds and additional heavy rains to the country, which resulted in widespread flooding across 12 of the country’s 14 states and regions (Ayeyarwady, Bago, Chin, Kachin, Kayin, Magway, Mandalay, Mon, Rakhine, Sagaing, Shan, Yangon). On 31 July, the President declared Chin and Rakhine states, and Magway and Sagaing regions as natural disaster zones.

MCM Group were actively involved in providing relief to those affected by the 2015 floods in Myanmar. Mobilizing both human resources, financial resources, logistics, as well as much needed equipment and medicine in order to achieve a multi-faceted approach to providing aid. The Group’s flood relief team distributed water filtration systems to MinBu area of Magway State of Myanmar. The Group also provided water, medicine, clothes, frozen and non-perishable foods, and medical assistance to flood victims.
